People keep telling me to open a restaurant. What do you think of my idea for a casual no-nonsense, yet top quality, American place in South BPC? The menu is found here.
The corner of West Thames and Battery Place is a good location.
I would do some things much differently and disrupt the industry.
Waiters, more often than not, are unnecessary. They just annoy me and cost me an extra 15%. Why not eliminate them with iPads at the table?
