May 20, 2015- The pre-war building at 11 Madison Avenue, home to 3-Michelin-star “Eleven Madison” restaurant, and my old office, is being sold for $2.6 Billion. It’s a great building with a park behind it. I still recall getting away from the stress in the afternoon out in the park before Shake Shack was ever created.
