33 Rector Street featured in NYT on slow recovery after Sandy

33 Rector Street is featured in the New York Times as a building still not fully recovered from the damages of Hurricane Sandy.  Of note, that entire building has been shrouded in scaffolding for many years because the owner cannot afford to complete the renovation project since the financial collapse. Merchant’s Cafe is a victim of this.
