Those strange linear clouds polluting the sky, that many say are man-made ‘chemtrails’ spewed from jets, have exponentially increased over the last few months. Now, entire states, such as Florida, are blanketed. The Florida Department of Health, among others, measured the fallout and it had very high levels of Aluminum (Al), Barium (Ba), and Strontium (Sr) (normally seen in coal fly ash emitted from smokestacks burning dirty coal). Those toxins are well known to kill plants, insects, and small animals.
This was published in 2021 by the Monroe County Director of Health in Florida, Mark Whiteside (M.D., M.P.H.), in a peer-reviewed scientific paper boldly titled, “Intentional Destruction of Life on Earth”. Dr. Whiteside is a credible doctor who studied HIV-AIDS in the 1980’s. He retired in December of 2025.
Clouds (or these chemtrails as well), should just passively float across the sky with the jet-stream. However, many believe that there are ground-based energy-emitting towers that ionize those chemtrails and push them in desired directions. They can create excessive precipitation in some areas while creating prolonged drought in other areas. NEXRAD are the powerful antennas that people are now posting radar images showing their circular radius reach that corresponds to areas of storm fronts moving away from them.
Corresponding with the visible increase in chemtrails are unprecedented weather patterns. This year, Florida is suffering from a drought despite storm fronts being ample in the Gulf of America, but always veering northward. Areas north of Florida are getting excessive rainfall. In February, below-freezing temperatures reached all the way to South Florida, killing strawberry fields, orange groves, lizards, etc. In addition, people are now reporting the absence of pollinating insects like bees.
Assume for the sake of argument that all of the above are not conspiracies. Assume that chemtrails are a real man-made weapon of mass destruction that have poisonous chemicals in them, and ground-based NEXRAD can maneuver these storm fronts. If so, what government entities would be allowing this attack on U.S. soil?
Official weather modification programs (fully admitted to by the government), such as cloud seeding for rain enhancement or hail suppression, are established practices separate from conspiracy theories. They operate under the Weather Modification Reporting Act of 1972, where operators submit simple one-page initial reports to NOAA by email. The process requires only basic project details, and many describe the federal side as absurdly easy to comply with since NOAA mainly collects and publicly posts the information rather than issuing strict permits or conducting heavy oversight.
NEXRAD serves as a major component in the official U.S. weather infrastructure. Its official purpose is to passively monitor atmospheric conditions by using a network of high-resolution Doppler radars that detect precipitation, wind patterns, storm movement, and intensity in real time. These systems are ostensibly designed strictly for observation and data collection to improve forecasting. NEXRAD is also fully regulated and controlled by NOAA’s National Weather Service as part of the broader national atmospheric monitoring system.
Which Trump official controls NOAA?
NOAA falls oddly under the Department of Commerce and is regulated by Secretary Howard Lutnick in the Trump administration. Lutnick is a longtime Wall Street executive and former CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald (who miraculously did not show up to his office in the WTC on the day of 9/11/2001). Neil Jacobs runs NOAA as Administrator and Under Secretary for Oceans and Atmosphere. His career includes serving as acting NOAA Administrator during Trump’s first term from 2019 to 2021, and his return following President Trump’s 2025 nomination and Senate confirmation.
Therefore, everything involving weather modification right now, including the reporting system through NOAA, and tools like NEXRAD, falls under this structure with Lutnick and Jacobs. It is fully a Trump administration matter, as Trump owns all of this through his appointees in key leadership roles.
Again, for the sake of argument, if all of these detrimental impacts of weather modification are intentional, then it would take a genuinely satanic person to want to kill life on earth. Well, Howard Lutnick fits that description to a tee.
Last week, Howard Lutnick was deposed in a closed-door session by the House Oversight Committee regarding his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Afterwards, members of the House present for the testimony called him a pathological liar. He had tried to claim that he never visited Epstein Island, when in fact he was a regular guest there. Some say that there was a dental procedure torture room on Epstein Island where they would pull the teeth of children, with faces depicted masks on the wall, and one resembles Howard. There is a photo of Howard and his sons (at top of this page), along with Hollywood producer Brett Ratner (the director of the Melania Trump propaganda film), standing by Jeffrey Epstein at a cliff on Epstein Island, where it appears they were photographed right after killing a victim.
Howard Lutnick would not be able to perpetrate such a plan to kill life on earth unless he had a satanic co-conspirator. Brad Jacobs of NOAA could be ‘that guy’.
For the sake of argument again, it sure seems quite plausible that the same people who believe in the Hebrew prophecy ‘End of Days’ (in the Jewish bible called the Tanakh) are putting forward their plan while they still have Trump and Lutnick in charge. It is a society unknown to most people outside of the Jewish community.
Last week at the Trump National Doral golf course, during the PGA golf tournament, Hasidic Jews erected a 20-foot tall gold statue of President Trump, which clearly references their religious golden calf. It drew criticism and Trump did not even attend (but a well known pedophile and rabbis did).
The golden calf is a story about the dangers of worshiping idols. Therefore, this seems to have been a threat? Who knows. Regardless, it was meant to show Trump that they could do this on his own property.
The Book of Ezekiel is one of the major prophetic books in the Tanakh. It was written by the prophet Ezekiel during the Babylonian exile in the 6th century BCE and contains visions, warnings of judgment, and messages of future restoration for Israel. Jewish tradition describes the End of Days (Acharit Ha-Yamim), a future period of turmoil followed by the Messianic Age, a time of global peace, justice, and redemption, not the destruction of the world. Central to this is the coming of the Moshiach (Messiah), a human descendant of King David, who will gather Jewish exiles to Israel, rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem, and bring universal peace, as in the phrase “nation shall not lift sword against nation.” The final battle is the War of Gog and Magog described in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39, where a coalition of nations attacks a restored Israel. God supernaturally defeats them with earthquakes, plagues, and fire, and this ushers in the Messianic era of harmony and knowledge of God. The Talmad expands on these prophecies with rabbinic interpretations and discussions about their meaning for the Messianic Age.
What seems silly to most people is deadly serious to others. Many believe that far-right Jews, such as Benjamin Netanyahu, are trying to destroy mankind with World War 3 and famine. Chemtrails achieve the famine component of this satanic plot.
As Dr. Whiteside stated in the title of his paper, this all could be part of a grand ‘Dr. Evil’ plan to intentionally destroy life on earth. Few know about this because legacy media and Internet influencers are spy-controlled propaganda.
Back to smaller concepts of weather modification and NOAA: It seems that no one has connected the dots between NOAA and Howard Lutnick. The House committee deposed him and focused on Epstein connection. Congress needs to investigate NOAA immediately.
