BatteryPark.TV previously reported on the CB1 resolution that was passed last November which requested the Battery Park City Authority (BPCA), FEMA, and other organizations to preferentially provide funds for Bob Townley’s Manhattan Youth community center to help with post-Hurricane Sandy repairs. It is now clear why the CB1 had the chutzpah to make such a request.
