January 24, 2016- The private sector (Brookfield and Goldman) and the BPCA have done an excellent job at clearing the snow from the sidewalks this year, for a change. Normally, the curbs turn into un-jumpable small ponds because the snow is not cleared. Not so this time around.
The army of employees were nonstop snow-blowing all day yesterday, through to this morning. Also, Mayor de Blasio seems to have felt the pressure and sent the snow plows out to Manhattan this year.
