June 6, 2016- Poor Jenifer Rajkumar. She tries so hard to be a Lower Manhattan Democrat cabal power-broker, but can’t seem to get a break. This time, her own political club snubbed her and endorsed Paul Newell for the assembly seat opened up by the conviction of Sheldon Silver.
Rajkumar has cozied up to all of the crooks in the Gateway Plaza Tenants Association, and even threw a party for Hillary Clinton, but she gets no love. She was trounced in her bid to unseat Margaret Chin in City Council, and barely won the pseudo-elected honorary position of district leader.
