Update March 14, 2018- Well, President Trump did it anyway. He hired Larry Kudlow

Rumors are swirling that President Trump will replace ousted Director of the White House’s National Economic Council, Gary Cohn, with 70-year-old former Reagan economist and CNBC host Larry Kudlow. This would be a mistake, in my opinion.

I know Larry. I have been on his shows a few times starting in 2004 with Kudlow and Cramer, then CNBC. The man has mental limitations. CNBC demoted him.

The last time I was on his show, I was staring into the same teleprompter that he was reading, which correctly spelled my name, but Kudlow called me “Dr. Green” throughout the segment.

There is a widely spread rumor in Wall Street that Larry Kudlow was busted doing cocaine in his Bear Stearns offices back in the day. He admitted to struggling with substance abuse. Whatever the reason, his brain is not all there, in my opinion.
