Update, October 2, 2013- Bouley was ranked as the second best restaurant in new York by the 2014 Zagat. Interestingly, however, the 2014 Michelin guide only gives them one star.
Next door, his Japanese Brushstroke was #62 in Zagat.
Update September 7, 2013- The new kitchen is completed and they are back to cooking. 
August 17, 2013- Famed restaurant Bouley on Duane Street is closed for the summer as the kitchen is remodeled.
