The local advertising flier, The Broadsheet (BS), posted an article on October 10th about the street changes coming to South End and West Thames. The author was Matt Fenton and the article included lengthy quotes from CB1 co-chair Anthony Notaro, as if Mr. Fenton had attended the CB1 meeting when the DOT reported the final plans on October 1st. However, Mr. Fenton was not present at the meeting.

Where did the BS get the quotes from Mr. Notaro? Why is the BS reporting on the DOT plans more than a week after they were presented?
