August 23, 2014- California has a state bill that would ban the use of drones capturing photos of celebrities and others, in ways that violate current privacy laws. This could set a precedent that spreads to others states.
Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus posted a video she took of a drone flying over her house. This is similar to the drone spotted peeping into 2 River Terrace, in Battery Park, where A-list celebrities live.
