Cars buried in piles of ice for days in Battery Park City

Cars buried on rectorFebruary 16, 2014- Weeks after the first of many snow storms, the snow continues to pile up, melt, then freeze into ice. Most of the cars parked in BPC are now stranded, unable to move. Not only is the city doing nothing, but the BPCA, which also owns snow plowing vehicles, seems to be sitting on their hands.
