After a dozen or so emails to the team at El Vez suggesting that a Cabo San Lucas style lobster would be great, Chef La Force has finally added one to the menu at El Vez for $32. The claws are marinated and the tail is soaked in garlic butter.
The red rice is a nice carbohydrate side, or you can choose the toasted tortillas.
