March 5, 2015- DNAinfo reports, “Two years after taking the helm of Manhattan’s 1st Precinct, commanding officer Brendan Timoney is heading north. The captain has been transferred to the 13th Precinct, which covers Gramercy and surrounding neighborhoods. The 1st Precinct tweeted about the change in leadership Thursday morning.
The new head of the 1st Precinct is Capt. Mark Iocco. Iocco was most recently the executive officer of the Midtown North Precinct.”
(Time flies. It has been two year?! Yikes)
