Community Board member beheaded

November 30, 2015- The Post reports, “A Manhattan judge Monday sentenced a takeout deliveryman to 25-years-to-life in prison for the murder of a popular Hell’s Kitchen activist.

A jury found Jeffrey Wong, 42, guilty of beating, strangling and slashing to death Khemraj Singh after the two met at a local bar then went to the victim’s apartment Oct. 14, 2014.

the bloody attack, Wong severed an artery in Singh’s neck then left his lifeless body in the bathtub where it was discovered by a friend hours later under a shower curtain.

Singh, 47, was a Manhattan community board member and chief of staff of the McManus Midtown Democratic Association.
