I was on the second level of Brookfield Place on Wednesday when I noticed famous chef Daniel Boulud looking lost. I asked him if I could help, and he asked me where he could find ice. I thought he meant crystallized water, but then I realized he was going to the ICE cooking School.
We were standing in front of the entrance, but there are no signs at all. I have previously spoken with ICE and asked them why they have no signage, and I did not get a good reply.
ICE provides cooking classes to the public. How many of you even knew that? Exactly.
