January 2, 2014- At the CB1 meeting this week, North End Grill will ask for approval to build a dedicated service bar to handle the outdoor seating. It is an unusual move. Do you support this?
On one hand, it might help to reduce the illegally parked tour buses, if the restaurant has a stronger presence and vested interested in the space. On the other hand, a bar facing the outdoors could be unsightly, or possibly noisy.
