December 17, 2013- A sneak peak at the new Dylan Prime that had a soft opening tonight. Our full review will follow soon, but we noticed right away some changes. The interior design is bright, with spotlights on prime tables.Although (it might have been just for the soft opening). The kitchen is now seen through a new glass wall.
Regarding the new chef and menu, John Mautone described it as de-emphasizing the steakhouse concept, and more of a garden-to-table cuisine, including more fish. It sounds a bit like North End Grill.
