Egregious service by Verizon in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy

The Verizon land line phones are still down, astonishingly. Since they use the same lines as the Fios Internet and TV, this is clearly a human error. The headquarters for Verizon is less than a mile away on West Street.

Recall, the Internet service went out for 24 hours on Tuesday, long after the flooding was resolved, which seemed to make little sense.

Verizon has provided egregious service during this crisis. Time Warner and RCN services never went down.

One Response to Egregious service by Verizon in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy

Question: what provider has the best service in BPC? I have to switch from tmobile because I’m getting a new phone. I hear Sprint no good in the area.

Reply from Editor: Not sure, but being close to the water they are all bad. AT&T is very bad as is Verizon.
