South-cove-esplanade-from-bridge-9-17-2014June 12, 2015- Viewers of BP.TV tipped us off about a major ruckus over South Cove last night at 8:30 PM. There were helicopters and FDNY on the scene.

We called the FDNY and NYPD. They confirmed that they rescued a 54-year-old male from the water. He survived and was taken to the hospital.

This makes fifth person to be pulled from the waters off of or nearby BPC within the last six weeks. Four out of the five have survived.

Keep sending us photos and tips. Thank you.
