BatteryPark.TV has learned that many of the parking garages in Battery Park City have sold parking rights to the operators of Pier A to allow for valet parking, if their Pier A beer garden and indoor nightclub is allowed to operate. When more details are know we will report further.
The obvious impact to the community will be parking shortages and increases in parking rates.
