I am working on a lawsuit that will bar the Communist candidate for NYC Mayor, Zohran Kwame Mamdani, from being on the ballot. It uses a federal law made in the 1950’s during the Cold War. The law is quite interesting to read because it defines how communism is different from other political parties, and then defines it for a jury.
The Communist Control Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 775, 50 U.S.C. §§ 841–844) was created at the height of the Cold War with the Soviet Union. After Senator McCarthy’s hearings before The Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (e.g., The Army-McCarthy Hearings) overreached and became viewed as witch hunts, the appetite to enforce the Communist Control Act of 1954 waned.
Now, 71-years later, the City of New York is perilously close to having a Communist as Mayor unless this Court intervenes. The Communist Control Act makes it illegal for someone like radical Zohran Kwame Mamdani to become an elected official.
The Communist Control Act of 1954 outlaws the Communist Party of the United States and criminalizes membership in, or support for, the party or “Communist-action” organizations. It specifically targets groups or individuals advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government by force or violence. The Act includes provisions that prohibit members of such organizations from holding elected offices. Penalties include fines up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment for up to five years for knowingly and willfully participating in such organizations with knowledge of their revolutionary aims (50 U.S.C. § 843).
But, what is a communist? It is rarely defined. It turns out that it is actually codified in federal law- no more ambiguity. Here is how the law explains why communism, or any form communism in sheep’s clothing using a different name, is different from normal free speech or other political parties. Communism is a unique mind virus.

50 USC CHAPTER 23, SUBCHAPTER IV: COMMUNIST CONTROL- 841. Findings and declarations of fact
The Congress finds and declares that the Communist Party of the United States, although purportedly a political party, is in fact an instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the Government of the United States. It constitutes an authoritarian dictatorship within a republic, demanding for itself the rights and privileges accorded to political parties, but denying to all others the liberties guaranteed by the Constitution.
Unlike political parties, which evolve their policies and programs through public means, by the reconciliation of a wide variety of individual views, and submit those policies and programs to the electorate at large for approval or disapproval, the policies and programs of the Communist Party are secretly prescribed for it by the foreign leaders of the world Communist movement. Its members have no part in determining its goals, and are not permitted to voice dissent to party objectives.
Unlike members of political parties, members of the Communist Party are recruited for indoctrination with respect to its objectives and methods, and are organized, instructed, and disciplined to carry into action slavishly the assignments given them by their hierarchical chieftains.
Unlike political parties, the Communist Party acknowledges no constitutional or statutory limitations upon its conduct or upon that of its members. The Communist Party is relatively small numerically, and gives scant indication of capacity ever to attain its ends by lawful political means.
The peril inherent in its operation arises not from its numbers, but from its failure to acknowledge any limitation as to the nature of its activities, and its dedication to the proposition that the present constitutional Government of the United States ultimately must be brought to ruin by any available means, including resort to force and violence.
Holding that doctrine, its role as the agency of a hostile foreign power renders its existence a clear present and continuing danger to the security of the United States. It is the means whereby individuals are seduced into the service of the world Communist movement, trained to do its bidding, and directed and controlled in the conspiratorial performance of their revolutionary services. Therefore, the Communist Party should be outlawed.

This, “failure to acknowledge any limitation as to the nature of its activities” is on display now by the communists raging war against us. Last night, three LA County Sheriff were killed by a bomb. Also, Tulsi Gabbard, the head of the spy agencies, declassified the proof that Obama and his stooges committed treason in December of 2016 to overthrow duly elected Trump.
Modern Communists require followers to make a deal with the devil, literally, in satanic rituals that involve destroying innocent children, etc. President Nixon called it the Synagogue of Satan.
Here is a video of Stephen Colbert engaging in some sort of child torture. Credible people in Hollywood believe that Director Stanley Kubrick was killed because his film Eyes Wide Shut was going to expose the child sacrifice rings. It was all spelled out in the actual screenplay. The studio completely changed the final version.
None of this should be a surprise to anyone who knows history. Humans have been sacrificing children, virgins, etc. for thousands of years all over the world (i.e, Mesopotamian Cultures (Sumerians, Assyrians, Babylonians), Egyptians, Mesoamerican Civilizations (Maya, Aztec, Olmec), Inca Empire, Ancient Chinese Dynasties (Shang and Zhou), Celtic and Germanic Tribes, West African Kingdoms (Dahomey, Ashanti), Polynesian Cultures (Hawaiians, Maori)). There is a glitch in human brains that makes us think sacrifices will induce or evoke safety and/or power.
For the Communists, requiring members to do unthinkable acts breaks their soul, compromises them, and makes them trustworthy. How do you think propagandists like Colbert and Kimmel were made to lie with straight faces for 10-years, knowing they were lying, behaving like obedient dogs? They all made deals with the devil and then got their TV shows and power as a reward. Colbert was never talented or funny. He replaced Letterman because the CBS ghouls (i.e., The Redstones) knew what he had done. He was one of them.
The Communist Control Act goes on to define what activities define Communism, for a jury to decide:

Communist Party and other subversive organizations; “Communist Party” defined
(a) Whoever knowingly and willfully becomes or remains a member of (1) the Communist Party, or (2) any other organization having for one of its purposes or objectives the establishment, control, conduct, seizure, or overthrow of the Government of the United States, or the government of any State or political subdivision thereof, by the use of force or violence, with knowledge of the purpose or objective of such organization shall be subject to all the provisions and penalties of the Internal Security Act of 1950, as amended [50 U.S.C. 781 et seq.], as a member of a “Communist-action” organization.
(b) For the purposes of this section, the term “Communist Party” means the organization now known as the Communist Party of the United States of America, the Communist Party of any State or subdivision thereof, and any unit or subdivision of any such organization, whether or not any change is hereafter made in the name thereof.

The lawmakers knew that Communists would simply go by euphemisms, such as “Democrat” or “Socialist”. Indeed, the “Democrat” candidate for mayor in New York City, for example, became a member of City Council as a Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). Their platform is pure Communism, aiming to abolish private industry and property, etc.
I will use all of this in federal court to stop New York City from falling, as London has. Stay tuned.
It has been 10-years since I left New York City. Like Batman in The Dark Knight Rises, it is time for me to return and save Gotham.
