April 11, 2014- In a very important move, BPC’s best restaurant, the North End Grill, has announced that Chef Floyd Cardoz is leaving. He might be returning to India.
The restaurant will be facing fierce competition soon when numerous top chefs open in Brookfield and nearby. El Vez, Parm, Garces, Mighty Quinn’s, and possibly Jean-George are all planned to open soon.
Mr. Cardoz ran the Union Square Hospitality Group’s Tabla from 1998 until 2010, when it became Danny Meyer’s only fine dining restaurant to close.
