From now on, June 8th is “First Amendment Day”

Folks, something historic took place yesterday. BatteryPark.TV and a federal judge defended the First Amendment, which grants freedom of the press. Because litigation is so costly, this type of stand is exceedingly rare, even by large newspapers and media companies. But we did it.

Watch and enjoy. It is by far the most important video we have ever produced. It will be submitted to Canne.

    Glad to see you have become a CONSTITUTIONALIST.

    How about supporting the 10th Amendment as vigorously!

    All the amendments come to think of it are worthy of EQUAL DEFENSE…
