Gateway Plaza updates

Gateway now has power but no water in the 400 building. The rest of Gateway is still fully functional.

    Please keep providing updates on 400 bldg. Gateway mgmt has done a horrendous job in providing any updates to residents who evacuated. I hope everyone is safe who stayed back.
