April 24, 2013- According to a local police blotter, a $20,000 Ducati 848 Evo motorcycle was stolen in front of 235 South End Avenue on April 16th. That is very close to the Park Enforcement Patrol headquarters. BatteryPark.TV has long been critical of the lax enforcement at night by the PEP, with many of the staff blatantly sleeping on the job.
