If you have been harassed by the Battery Park City (BPC) division of the city Park Enforcement Patrol (PEP), headed by Captain Edward Falcon, you can notify BatteryPark.TV and we will instruct you on how to take action. BP.TV has learned that the case-overloaded ACLU is investigating the problem in BPC regarding possible abuse of power by the PEP.
