We have heard numerous stories over the last 12-months of New Yorkers being locked in yellow cabs and driven as hostages as the driver extorts more money from the passenger. Have you experienced anything like this, or other serious crime perpetrated by a yellow cab or black town car? Please post your comments.
I have a cab driver who refused to help me with my luggage because I used credit card to pay for my trip from JFK and he wanted cash. I told him I don’t have cash and had to carry my heavy luggage from the trunk myself. Oh, and he smoked the whole way even though I told him not to smoke in the cab!
