Housing prices dip in Q4 2010

The WSJ is reporting that Manhattan home sale prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2010, and that the picture is not expected to be brighter in 2011. This comes on the heels of bad nationwide housing numbers last week. Economists are saying that the glut in inventory will take five years to clear up, and that is assuming the jobs market and economy improve.
