October 10, 2013- Not shown in this still photo is the manner in which the group of children had to cross the street. They were very cautious, then quickly walked across when the coast was clear. This happens every day, many times a day. It is shameful that the BPCA has not funded for a traffic light, when they so promptly paid for one last year by Goldman Sachs.
