May 11, 2014- After the BPCA’s former General Counsel, Phyllis Taylor, abruptly “resigned” last year (along with the departure of Anne Fenton and Matt Monahan), there has been a void in that position.
At the May 6th BPCA board meeting, the new General Counsel was officially hired. Her name is Alix Pustilnik, and was the former top legislative aid to City Council Speaker Christine Quinn. According to her LinkedIn profile, she attended Harvard Law School. So, she could be the smartest person within the BPCA now.
