LeFrak will begin a renovation of the old and dilapidated commercial spaces on South End Avenue. They will also hook up the hoses so that store owners can power wash the sidewalk. To get a glimpse and the changes, notice the (Before) photo with the black framing, then the (After) photo with the silver metal framing.
