I have been getting back into shape with home workouts, and once a week I go to the gym for the squat rack and bench press. I sometimes have Chef LaForce at El Vez make me a pre-workout meal.
Today, I had steak and eggs with pancakes. I then proceeded to bench a ton of weight at Stuyvesant Community Center.
Chef LaForce needs to start a line of gym food called May LaForce Be With You. It would be protein and carbs, along with fresh juices with caffeine in them.
