The WTC BASE jumpers posted video from the third jumper. He popped his shoot right away, so he glided farther, all the way out over the Hudson, then lands on the great lawn of Battery Park City. This explains why all of the witnesses on the ground only saw two jumpers (One in Goldman Alley and one on the West Side Highway).
