October 2, 2013- The 2014 Zagat is out, and the North End Grill is not in the top 100. Last year, it opened and debuted as “The Best New Restaurant”.
Some changes have already been notice with the menu and other areas. Let’s hope they get the kinks worked out, just as Blue Smoke around the corner made a great recovery.
It was not all bad news for The Union Square Hospitality Group. Many of their other restaurants ranked well, as usual. Eleven Madison took the #5 spot (no longer part of USHG but we give them credit nevertheless), Gramercy Tavern was #10, Union Square Cafe was #29, The Modern was #55, and Maialino was #83.
