    The NYTs article is almost exclusively about BPC north, and not surprisingly, since BPC north is clearly more sought after than BPC south. I am sure the NYTs was giving a nod to Brookfield, as they gear up to open the renovated retail spaces at the WFC. It’s just such a shame that BPC south is so worn down and overlooked by the higher end retailers. BPC south could sure use an upgrade and a facelift.
