August 20, 2016- The worst restaurant in BPC (and that is saying a lot, given that we have Picasso Pizza and those Asian joints on South Cove, as well as Gigino’s in Wagner Park), Pick-A-Bagel, is finally closing down, it seems. Whatever replaces it will be an improvement.
