Restaurateur Jose Garces doubles down on Downtown, opening a second place in WTC

The CB1 agendas for February revealed what I think is an exclusive, which is that Jose Garces is opening a restaurant in the 4 WTC. Of course, he also opening Amada in BPC.

    Steven – the Jose Garces application for 4 World Financial Center was just withdrawn and has been removed from the agenda.
