January 22, 2014- Commercial Observer reports, “Law firm Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP has signed a 59,323-square-foot renewal of its headquarters space at 200 Liberty Street, which is part of Brookfield Office Properties‘ Brookfield Place complex in Lower Manhattan….The property at 200 Liberty Street is the southernmost office tower at the Brookfield Place complex. It consists of more than 1.7 million square feet of office and retail space, along with interior and exterior public amenities, with other tenants including Willis and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.”
