Robert Douglass, creator of BPC and the WTC, dies

robert-douglasDecember 8, 2016- Robert Douglass, instrumental in the creation of Battery Park City and the World Trade Centers, passed away at age 85. He was most recently the Chairman of the LMDC fund, which helped rebuild Downtown after 9/11. The new West Thames bridge will be named after him.
