July 14, 2014- Saks Fifth Avenue is opening a store in Brookfield Place, as was previously announced. Today, the WSJ reports that they are also in talks to relocate 400,000 square feet of offices scattered around town and consolidate them into one location where Brooks Brothers is now (One Liberty Plaza).
