April 30, 2015- The protestors angry about civil rights matters came as far south as the Holland Tunnel, then flooded onto West Street. If your apartment building has no security plan to deal with an angry mob, you should demand that the building managers start on such a plan immediately. Most residential buildings do not provide any training to the doorman on how to handle such matters.
