November 14, 2014- A Tribeca man who walks his dog and blogs about his observations made a point to slam every single restaurant that opened in Hudson Eats. Now, months later, thanks to incompetent Brookfield management hiding Hudson Eats behind construction, most of the restaurants are struggling. In an amazing bizarre desperation move, Brookfield Properties paid the blogger to post an advertisement.
BatteryPark.TV has observed the Hudson eats business patterns. After the working folk leave, in the evening, most of the restaurants are dead. Hudson Eats has been an abject failure with the community if judged by community participation and business flow after work hours.
