Update November 21, 2014- Sadly, rumors of the strip club were false (not surprisingly given the source was the dog walking Tribeca blogger). Instead, it will be a Shinola wannabe.
September 9, 2014- Rumors are flying that a new strip club will go in at 1 White Street in Tribeca. Please email us if you know anything.
Don’t laugh, but managed properly, by someone like Danny Meyer, it could be a cool thing to have. Of course, it will be just a sleazy dive with unattractive people, but we can always dream. Think of an adult Shake Shack. Now that is a good idea.
To honor of the 1 White St location formally known as John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s Nutopian Embassy it might be appropriate to name the new bar Nudetopia!
