June 10, 2015- The hot dog and fruit vendors that have popped up on Vesey Street are leading to the domino effect of other quality of life problems. They attract livery cabs loitering, pretending to be purchasing food. They attract trash and litter. Now, even the opportunistic UPS drivers are using the cover of the hot dog vendor to park.
