July 23, 2015- No restaurant with delivery service should need more than two bikes. However, for unknown reasons, the bikes keep piling up. As soon as some authority removes these bikes, they just come back a few months later.
Pick-A-Bagel is the biggest violator. The other stores in Goldman Alley contribute to the clutter.
Goldman Sachs and the Conrad Hotel should be the ones to crack down on this eyesore.
