Update June 18, 2015- In the video, the vendor is shown displaying no prices, which is illegal.
May 29, 2015- The same hot dog guys selling $30 hot dogs to tourists farther east on Albany have crossed the forbidden West Side Highway and now have entered the hallowed property of Battery Park. The authorities are notified. Note that they have no prices listed, which is illegal.
