December 14, 2014- The “Best Meal of the Year” award goes to Morimoto. Our absurdly detailed and complete two-hour orgy of Asian cuisine knocked our socks off (read more here). The atmosphere and service was also exemplary. Chef Morimoto deserves accolades for running a long-term establishment that still has an exciting menu.
Also vying for the top spot this year were Scarpetta,
Brushstroke (sushi and kaiseki),
and Racines.
For the more casual fair, you can’t beat the Blue Ribbon fried chicken.
El Vez’s burrito and hamburger are also must-try’s, if you have not already done so.
