I like to tour Downtown to find the best of a particular type of food that is not commonly found on menus. For example, my schnitzel obsession led to me to find Chef Glocker at Batard.
Today, I began my rounds looking for beef stew. Ronan Downs replied to my “wanted” email and showed off his two restaurants that both have beef stew. We went to Beckett’s, then The Dubliner.
