- Trump- I am recommending to Senate Republicans that the Hundreds of Billions of Dollars currently being sent to money sucking Insurance Companies in order to save the bad Healthcare provided by ObamaCare, BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN PURCHASE THEIR OWN, MUCH BETTER, HEALTHCARE, and have money left over. In other words, take from the BIG, BAD Insurance Companies, give it to the people, and terminate, per Dollar spent, the worst Healthcare anywhere in the World, ObamaCare. Unrelated, we must still terminate the Filibuster!
- Me- This is a great idea. It would be checks in the pockets of Americans, but not inflationary from new spending.
- JD- Many of my friends (and former colleagues) in the senate are against eliminating the filibuster because they don’t think the Democrats will do it. This is just obviously wrong. The reason the filibuster exists is because of democratic senators Manchin and Sinema. Both of them had their careers destroyed by the far left for protecting the filibuster, and you better believe every senate Democrat internalized that lesson.
- Sen. Rick Scott has IMMEDIATELY begun drawing up legislation in line with President Trump’s demands of giving the Obamacare money to the PEOPLE directly — not big insurance. “I’m writing the bill right now.” “We must stop taxpayer money from going to insurance companies and instead give it directly to Americans in HSA-style accounts and let them buy the health care they want. This will increase competition & drive down costs.” MASSIVE loss for Chuck Schumer as this will be politically disastrous to oppose!
- This is huge. President Trump and Sen. Rick Scott are working on a plan to: A) Let health insurance policies be purchased across state lines. Not many people realize how corrupt is health insurance. Each state has monopolies on the insurance. Also, people cannot cross state lines to get care from better hospitals. In Massachusetts, for example, the Harvard monopoly is driving up costs. B) And to give Americans checks directly to by “Obamacare” instead of sending the money to corrupt insurance companies. These are much needed checks that will not create new spending. his is also good because Trump fully comprehends why we lost this week in the elections. He is working the weekend. I was concerned he was out of touch. If he gets the Senate to stop honoring the filibuster, we will finally see the Golden Age that has not materialized yet. Maybe the election losses are good as they have ignited a fire under their arses.

- 70% of college grads *are not* working a full-time job in their field of study. Amazon just laid off 30,000 Americans and then hired 10,000 more H-1Bs from India. We have to get honest about our labor market policy, and what I want to see from President Trump is exactly what Governor @RonDeSantis did in my state of Florida: pull the plug on the H-1B program.
